Farnham Project:

 

Art and Media Degree, Year 1, Shot: November 2003.

This project was the first colour photography I have ever produced in the dark rooms and I was pleased with the results. The images were taken locally to the university which was intended to represent Farnham and the community. I took the stance that Farnham, despite its attempts to be perfect, is like any other town..... imperfect. The central image says: "I am a menace 2 society" which was scratched into the walls of a public toilet which the council had decided to paint bright pink.
