Design Triptage:

Inspired from the song 'Black' by Pearl Jam

These images were inspired by the song 'Black' by Pearl Jam. When listening to the song I interpreted the emotions and words into three images. The brief required a set of images to be produced which was required to include text and drawing. The song evoked feelings of: lonliness, solitude, depression, the earth (elements such as leaves, sea, beaches), sadness, tears, questioning why this happen, and the cold.

These images were produced by: photographing people and places on black and white 35mm film, developing the images in the darkroom, scanning them into the computer, and then using Adobe Photoshop layering sections of the photographs, drawings and text to create the final triptage.
